Introduced to classic Hatha Yoga as a teenager, I continued to practice throughout my adult life. In 1998 I traveled to India in for 3 months where I studied Tibetan Buddhism and learned to meditate. I continued to practice back home at various Yoga studios until I landed at Integral Yoga Institute. It was there that I experienced the essence of Yoga that I had been seeking: a contemplative, mindful practice intended to remove obstacles and restore peace. In 2008, on a path to deepening my practice, I became a teacher and have been teaching ever since. I love brining Yoga to people with stress related conditions and the aging. It is deeply satisfying to support others on their path to wellness.
